Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing the financial resources of the agency including accounting, finance, agency-wide budgets, and treasury in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles. Overseeing government contracting activities, administrative and risk management functions. Maintaining compliance with OMB circulars. Budgeting and grant funding reporting. Preparing Indirect Cost Rate Proposal. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. The preferred candidate would be a CPA or hold a Master’s Degree in finance or accounting.
