CDL Van Driver –   Temporary (on an as needed basis)

Responsible for the safe and orderly transportation of the public in agency-owned vehicles (transit vehicles, mini-buses, vans). Please see attached CDL Van Driver Job Description for qualifications.

Early Head Start Teacher/Center Director (Polk County)  –

Applicant has a two year (AA) or a four year (BA) college or university degree in Birth-Kindergarten, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development; or has a degree in a related field with at least 6 college or university credit hours in preschool education; and at least one year of teaching experience in a preschool classroom.   Staff at this level must have or be able to obtain NC Administration Credential. Early Head Start Teacher (Polk County) –

Minimum of Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred.  Must hold a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler. THE EHS TEACHER POSITION IN POLK MUST BE BILINGUAL. Please see attached Early Head Start Job Description for qualifications.

Part-time Floater/Teacher Assistant (Polk County) - 

Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent).  Prefer Infant Toddler CDA.  Bilingual is preferred. Please see attached Teacher Assistant Job Description and Levels for qualifications.
